The kit contains qScript One-Step Reverse Transcriptase (optimised 50X formulation of recombinant MMLV reverse transcriptase for one-step RT-PCR); One-Step SYBR Green Master Mix (2X) reaction buffer containing dNTPs, MgCl?, AccuStart™ Taq DNA polymerase, stabilisers, and SYBR® Green I dye; and nuclease-free water.
