Irradiated concentrate of PBS, suitable for use in washing cells after dilution.

KCl 2,0 g/L.
NaCl 70,1 g/L.
Na₂HPO₄, 2H₂0 12,8 g/L.
NaH₂PO₄, 1H₂O 4,4 g/L.

Add 1 ml of 10X PBS to 9 ml of water to give a 1X PBS solution.

pH (20 °C): 6,90 to 7,30
